It manufacture use wet pressing process which is a new type of
modern technology widely use in premium packaging. The product not
only with smooth and rigid surfaces but create cushions, protects,
nesting and economizing storage and transport space. The raw
material is renewable virgin fibers such as bagasse, bamboo. It's
sustainable, 100% recyclable, biodegradable.

1) Are you a trader or a manufacturer?
We are a manufacturer, we have our own production plants located in
Southern China.
2) What type of product do you make?
We supply Molded Pulp Trays and Tooling/Mold.
There's three types of molded pulp trays we supply:
- Type 1: Thermoformed / Thin Walled
Manufactured use 'Thermoformed' process (also known as 'Wet Press')
allows for incredibly smooth rigid quality molded pulp tray, the
wall thickness range from 0.6mm to 1.3mm. Main used for tableware,
high-quality electronics package and cosmetic package.
Transfer molded means after formed then transfer under the sun or
oven to dry, which is widely used today, we called it Dry Pressing.
The product surface feature is one side smooth but no so smooth as
type 1, the other side is rough, the wall thickness range from
1.5mm to 3.0mm. Typically use for egg tray and industrial
packaging. The mold and product cost much less than wet-press type.
It manufactured with a secondary or specific treatment process,
such as additional coating, printing, hot stamping or additives.
3) Are your molded pulp products biodegradable?
Yes, our pulp tray can be 100% biodegraded in natural conditions
within 90 days, which is largely shorter than the degradation of
synthetic plastics
4) Will there be a mold fee for doing this trays?
Yes, there be a mold fee for all customized design.
